I was asked if I wanted the free car wash with my oil change. I said ya sure! Then when my truck was done, a gentleman told me about my ball hitch was sticking out to far, and that they had to take it off . I then asked well what did you do with it? He then said I put it on your front seat in the middle where the console is and put the console down on it. I asked..did you place a paper or plastic pc down on the cloth interior first?? He said no, everything was fine. Well.. my hitch has RUST on it, and now guess what so does MY interior cloth seat! I was very unhappy and should have said something but I was just upset and decided to leave. I try and keep my interior in very good condition, and just to place a rusty hitch on the seat without thinking is bad. Other then that, I have only had good service with the service department. First of all....when I swerved to miss a deer and drove my car into a ditch.....I was surprised how well the Enclave held out.....I called Jim's Towing and my State Farm Agent.....and they gave me several Auto Body Shops in which I could have my car taken to....I chose Dave Arbogast based on the close proximity to my home as well as the anticipated excellence that I have come to expect with this dealership......I am glad that I did.....The number one item that stands out was that I received a telephone call from my Salesman (Jim Riegle) and he left a message stating that he saw that my Enclave was in an accident and he hoped that I was safe and doing well......he offered for me to call him so that he could assist me in any way possible.......I called him back and left a message thanking him for the nice call that he made to me......I probably have never written a note to Dave himself about this one special Salesman......I have now bought 2 cars from him over the past year and have referred several others who have bought cars from him.....He is a special person who did not have to call me about my accident....but he did.....That is why I will be doing all of my future auto dealings with Dave Arbogast Buick GMC Dealership......Please give Jim a Gold Star....if you guys do something like this.
